Overview

Il robot N6 offre cinematica ottimizzata per un’efficienza maggiore e un ingombro ridotto. È progettato per i clienti che devono coprire una vasta area in cui spostare oggetti, ma hanno uno spazio limitato per il montaggio. Caratterizzato da un esclusivo design a braccio pieghevole, il robot N6 a 6 assi si aggiunge alla pluripremiata serie N di Epson.

Encombrement réduit

Conçu pour les applications de chargement/déchargement vertical, ce robot compact peut fonctionner dans les espaces les plus restreints. GGrâce à son mécanisme exclusif de bras retractable et à son faible encombrement, le N6 se fait plus discret et peut atteindre n’importe quel point dans un espace de travail restreint1. Son haut niveau de dextérité raccourcit le temps de cycle et réduit le nombre de mouvements.

Poignet creux

Le passage des faisceaux elec et pneumatique

dans le poignet creux évite l'accrochage et donc leur deconnexion lorsqu'il sont en passage externe à la cinématique du robot. Identique au poignet, le Force Sensor* de force SH250LH, disponible en option, présente un design creux permettant le passage des faisceaux elec.& pneu. dans le Force Sensor et le bras.

Facilité d’installation

L’installation et le déplacement du robot sont simplifiés. Epson a conçu le N6 avec une structure creuse (faisceau intégré dans la mécanique du robot) pour qu'aucun câble ne dépasse du robot. L'apprentissage des trajectoires est simplifié car il n'est plus necessaire de tenir compte de la ré-orientation du poignet relatif au passage des faisceaux externes. (poignet creux)
