Overview

En associant un scanner à plat à la commodité d’un chargeur automatique de documents de 50 pages, il devient possible de numériser une large gamme de documents difficiles, tels que livres, documents reliés, livrets de famille, passeports et autres supports délicats tout en numérisant rapidement et simplement des lots de documents de bureau. Son design compact facilite son installation dans les espaces de vente et les environnements recevant des clients, sans oublier les groupes de travail des services administratifs.

Intelligente Funktionen

Die Bildbearbeitungstechnologie von Epson bietet intelligente Farb- und Bildanpassungsfunktionen, z. B. automatisches Zuschneiden, Schräglagenkorrektur, Entfernen von leeren Seiten und Hintergründen. Ein spezieller Modus ermöglicht das Scannen von Dokumenten mit einer Länge von über drei Meter (3.048 mm).

Mit einer Scangeschwindigkeit von bis zu 25 Seiten pro Minute ist der WorkForce DS-1630 einer der schnellsten Scanner seiner Klasse. Dank USB 3.0-Anschluss gibt es keine Verzögerungen, auch wenn Sie mit 300 dpi Auflösung scannen. Die Funktion zum beidseitigen Scannen sorgt für mehr Komfort. Mit dem optionalen Netzwerkschnittstellenmodul können Sie bis zu 30 Scanjobs vordefinieren und gescannte Dokumente direkt in Netzwerkordnern, in Cloud-Services und zu Microsoft SharePoint speichern. Die im Lieferumfang enthaltene Software von Epson ermöglicht eine doppelte Dateiausgabe – einmal scannen und an zwei verschiedene Ziele senden. Mit dem WorkForce DS-1630 können Sie außerdem per Tastendruck in Ordner scannen, Dokumente per E-Mail versenden, Online-Speicherkonten2 nutzen und vieles mehr.
